ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Reds DTF provides DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing services, including but not limited to:

Custom DTF transfers

Gang sheets

Printing based on customer-provided artwork

ORDER PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIME
Standard Turnaround
Turnaround time begins once:
-
Payment is received in full, AND
-
Your artwork is approved/ready to print
Turnaround time estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to:
-
High order volume
-
Equipment maintenance
-
Supply delays
-
Shipping carrier delays
Rush Orders
Rush options (if available) are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Reds DTF.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment through approved payment methods shown at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is completed.
We reserve the right to:

Update pricing at any time

Cancel orders due to pricing errors or system issues
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier’s responsibility. Reds DTF is not responsible for:

Shipping delays
-
Lost packages
-
Carrier damage
-
Incorrect delivery by the carrier
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay for reshipping.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

Color Differences
Color may vary slightly due to:

Monitor/screen differences

Printer calibration

Material/film variations
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

You own the design OR have legal permission/license to use it

Your artwork does not violate trademarks, copyrights, or other rights
Reds DTF will not be responsible for copyright/trademark violations submitted by customers. You agree to indemnify and hold Reds DTF harmless from any claims related to the artwork you submit.
We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted/trademarked material.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPRINTS
Because DTF printing is custom-made, all sales are final once printing begins.
No Refunds For:

Customer artwork errors
-
Wrong sizing requested
-
Color preference differences
-
Buyer’s remorse
-
Incorrect address provided by customer
